Customers are welcome to exchange or return items for a full refund within 30 days. Postage on exchange is at the customer's expense. 

RETURN ADDRESS:

Under Australian Consumer Law anyone that receives goods that are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do are entitled to choose between a refund, exchange or store credit at fortisgreen.com.

Please note that colours of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality and make of the computer monitors they are being viewed on.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 

Fortis Green shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Fortis Green, and Fortis Green shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
