Worldwide Shipping

 

Fortis Green ship both domestically (within Australia) and internationally. 

All currency is in Australian Dollars.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We use Australia Post for delivery. This is a registered service which can be tracked using www.auspost.com.au/track/

Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. This service can deliver to PO BOX or Street Address. Undelivered parcels will be taken to a nominated Post Office for collection.

We offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $80.

Orders under $80 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.95. (Estimated delivery times are 3 – 7 days).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use the Australia Post Registered Post International service. This is a registered Air Mail service that cannot be tracked by the customer, however Fortis Green can make enquiries directly to Australia Post on your behalf. (Please contact us at info@fortisgreen.com if your parcel does not arrive within 14 days.

Worldwide shipping for all International orders (with the exception of the United States of America) is charged at a flat rate of AU $20.00 per parcel 

We’ve updated how we handle taxes for orders shipped to the United States. For our US customers: A shipping rate of AU $35 applies 

Estimated delivery times vary from 7-21 days depending on your location. Remote areas may take several days longer. 

You may be liable for the destination country's duties, tariffs and/or taxes if your order is being delivered to a non-Australian address. These amounts will vary depending on each country's customs regulations and will be advised to you directly from customs representative when the shipment arrives into the country.

We are not able to provide estimates nor take responsibility for return shipping should you request it at this point.
